Crystal Healing uses different crystals, gemstones, and sound to promote physical and energetic healing. All crystals have a unique vibration based on their individual properties. When crystals are introduced into your energy field, the body and mind respond by shifting their frequencies matching that of the crystal being used. When sound is introduced, our bodies have a similar respond. The combination can be super energizing, grounding and healing.
Reiki is a Japanese practice for reducing stress and promoting relaxation and healing. Reiki treatments help balance energy and heal the body on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. During the treatment, I will lay my hands on the body transferring universal life energy and the power of prayer. One on one reiki sessions are availble on Sundays and by appointment by messaging me.
